📌 Building Relevant Experience – Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

CTAs are vital to the administrative and coordination backbone of clinical trials:

• Document Management: Maintain essential trial documents (TMF), ensure version control and accessibility.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist IRB/ethics submissions; uphold ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, capture minutes, track actions.
• Monitoring Support: Coordinate CRA visits, track monitoring schedules, manage documentation.
• Data Management Support: Track CRFs, assist with data entry checks, ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Study Supplies: Track investigational product/lab kits and site materials.
• Communication Hub: Facilitate updates between sponsors, sites, vendors, and study teams.
• Financial/Admin Support: Support contracts, budgeting, payments, scheduling, and reporting.
• Training Support: Assist onboarding/training of site and study staff on tools/processes.
