- Monitor and document AEs/SAEs and side effects with quality and timeliness.
- Work on real-world ICSR scenarios: intake, triage, and complete case entry.
- Perform MedDRA coding and basic validation checks.
- Draft clear safety narratives and prepare mock FDA/EMA-style reports.
- Run daily logs, follow-ups, reconciliation, and basic signal/trend checks.
- Use essential tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad) for PV documentation.
